How a storm call works
When you call, we ask two things: what happened, and what the tree is touching. A trunk on a house, a blocked driveway, or a limb hanging over a walkway gets scheduled differently than a tree down in an open corner of the yard, and your answers tell us how soon we need to be there.
On site, we assess how the tree is loaded before anything gets cut. A trunk pinned against a structure, a limb hung up in another tree, and roots half torn from the ground each behave differently under a saw. So we plan the cutting sequence first, then bring the tree down piece by piece, under control.
What to do after a storm
If a tree or limb is touching a power line, stay back and treat that line as live, no matter how it looks. Keep people and pets away from leaning trees, limbs hung up overhead, and trunks with fresh cracks, because any of them can shift or drop without warning.
