Tankless Upgrade, Endless Showers
The Hendersons’ 40-gallon tank was twelve years old, rumbling like a kettle, and surrendering before the third morning shower. We ran their actual usage and spec’d a condensing tankless unit with the gas line upsized to feed it properly.
Old tank drained and hauled out by 9 a.m., new system commissioned by 4 p.m., permit posted and inspection passed that week. Endless hot water, a reclaimed garage corner, and roughly 30% less energy heating water nobody asked for.
