What happens if it rains on my service day?
If heavy rain prevents us from completing our route safely, we reschedule for the next available day — typically within 24–48 hours. Light drizzle won't stop us! We'll always communicate any schedule changes proactively via text so you're never left wondering.
How quickly can I start service?
Most new customers are on the schedule within 48 hours of signing up. Simply request a free quote, and we'll confirm your service day, frequency, and technician assignment right away.
Can I change my service day or frequency?
Absolutely. Just give us a call, text, or email and we'll adjust your schedule. Need to switch from weekly to twice-a-week during the summer? No problem. Want to pause for vacation? Done. We're flexible because life is unpredictable — especially with dogs.

Do you take the dog waste with you?
Yes. We haul the waste away with us and dispose of it properly at licensed facilities. Nothing goes in your trash can. No extra charge, no mess left behind.
Does Paw Duties clean the entire yard?
We clean the designated areas of your property as agreed upon during scheduling. Our technicians walk in a precise grid pattern to ensure nothing is missed, and they double-check their work before leaving. During your initial consultation, we'll walk through exactly which areas you'd like serviced.
Do you apply deodorizer after cleaning?
Yes! As part of our standard service, we apply a pet-safe, eco-friendly yard deodorizer after every cleanup. It neutralizes lingering odors and is completely safe for your pets and children — no harsh chemicals, just a fresh-smelling yard.
How do I know you actually came?

Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Absolutely! We love dogs — it's why we do this. We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression or extreme anxiety around strangers, you keep them inside during your scheduled cleaning day for their comfort and our technicians' safety. Most dogs are thrilled to have visitors!
Are the products you use safe for my pets and kids?
100%. We use only pet-safe, non-toxic, eco-friendly products. Our yard deodorizer is safe for dogs, cats, and children. We never use harsh chemicals or pesticides during our service — your yard is safe to play on immediately after we leave.
Will you close and lock my gate after service?
