A tech comes out, finds the actual cause, and hands you a written flat quote. Approve the work and the $49 disappears into the job total. Decline and you've spent $49 to know exactly what's wrong and what it should cost.
For straightforward jobs — standard fixture clogs, like-for-like heater swaps — yes, we'll give you a real number on the call. Anything diagnostic gets honest ranges only.
Yes — on bigger jobs like repipes, sewer replacements, and tankless conversions we offer 0%-interest plans up to 18 months. Five-minute application, decision before the tech leaves.
10% off labor, every visit, no expiration — just mention it when you book.
Scheduling & visits
You get a two-hour window, a text when the tech is 30 minutes out, and their name and photo before they arrive. If we're ever running late, you hear it from us first.
Just for the diagnosis and the quote approval — both can happen by phone or text. For outdoor work we only need access, not an audience.
Absolutely — about half our regulars do. Your equipment history stays on file either way, so any tech arrives already knowing your house.

Repairs & equipment
Happily — we install owner-supplied faucets, toilets, and disposals every week. Our workmanship warranty covers the installation; the fixture rides on its own manufacturer warranty.
Yes — gas, electric, tankless, and hybrid across every major brand. The vans stock common parts, so most heater repairs finish in one visit.
We do — always. Permit fees are a line item in your flat quote, we schedule the inspection, and we're on site to meet the inspector.
Every time. Old parts come out and get shown, camera inspections come with the video, and leak detections come with photos.
Emergencies & warranties
Water you can't stop, sewage coming up, no water at all, or a gas smell near the water heater — those get a van immediately, any hour. Not sure? Call anyway.
Two years on standard repairs, five on repipes and sewer replacements — in writing, on the invoice, on top of manufacturer equipment warranties.
Inside the warranty window, we return free — no dispatch fee. If the recurrence reveals a bigger issue, what you already paid credits toward the bigger fix.
The emergency line is answered 365 nights a year — including Thanksgiving, statistically our busiest garbage-disposal day.
